When you have your wedding ceremony and reception at The Bell Event Centre, there are three different floor plan options to choose from.
- Traditional Room Flip- tables are fully set but hidden behind the gold curtains. Chairs line both sides of the aisle way. Once the ceremony is over, guests go into the courtyard for cocktail hour while the room is transformed into the reception space. This entails the gold curtain being opened up and the tables being brought out and fully set. The courtyard is required for this option.
- California Style Seating- guests view the ceremony from their tables. Two rows of chairs will be placed in the front of the room for immediate family to view the ceremony from. No room flip is required. Cocktail hour may be done in the courtyard or inside the room. Curtains will be opened immediately following the ceremony.
- Double Set Up- This option is a hybrid of Traditional Room Flip and California Style. The front of the room is lined with chairs on both sides of the aisle, while the back of the room is set with tables. The maximum capacity for this set up is 15 tables of 10 for a total of 150 guests. No room flip is required. Cocktail hour may be done in the courtyard or inside the room. Curtains will be opened immediately following the ceremony.
